Do I need to understand AI to work with you?
Not at all. That's the whole point. We handle the technical work end-to-end — you stay focused on running your business. Updates from us are in plain English, never jargon, and you can always ring a real human on our team.
Will my website break or go offline?
No. We work on a staging copy first, run full backups before every change, and only push live once you've signed off. Your existing site keeps running normally the whole time, including the day we go live with anything new.
What does this actually cost?
The AI Readiness Audit is genuinely free — no card, no obligation. Ongoing work is a fixed monthly retainer (no surprise invoices), and we quote it transparently after the audit based on what your business actually needs. If a small fix is all you need, we'll tell you.
How long until I see results?
Most clients start seeing more enquiries within 4–8 weeks, with bigger compounding gains over 3–6 months. AI search visibility rewards early movers — the businesses that act now will dominate their local market over the next year while competitors are still catching up.
Are you actually based in Australia?

What if I already have a website?
Great — most clients do. We can usually work with what you've got and make it AI-ready without a full rebuild. The audit tells us whether to optimise the existing site or whether starting fresh would actually save you money long-term.
Do you do long-term contracts?
No. Everything we do is month-to-month after the initial setup. If we're not earning our keep, you should be able to leave without penalty — and you can. Most clients have stayed 2+ years anyway.
What does the free audit actually include?
A 1-page PDF report covering: your visibility inside Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT for your top 5 search terms, your local map pack position, site security and speed scores, schema markup status, and a prioritised list of the top 3-5 fixes that would meaningfully change things. Plus 15 minutes on the phone walking through it if you want.
How long until I see results?
Honest answer: it depends on where you're starting from. AI-ready website work and automation usually shows in the first 30 days (more enquiries getting answered, fewer dropped). AI search visibility is a 60-90 day picture — it compounds. We send a 30-day check-in either way.
Can you help if my existing website is terrible?
Yes. Often it's faster to build a fresh AI-ready site than to retrofit a broken one. We'll tell you honestly which is better value for you — and we won't push the more expensive option unless it's the right one.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane?
Yep, anywhere in Australia. We're remote-first by design. Some clients have never met us in person and are perfectly happy; others have us drive out for face-to-face strategy sessions. Whatever works for you.
What's your pricing?
Setup work is a fixed fee scoped after the audit. Ongoing retainers start at $890/month for a focused single-service engagement and go up from there. We'll quote in writing before any work starts — no surprises.
Do you own the work? What happens if I leave?
You own everything. Your domain, your hosting, your content, your accounts. If you ever want to leave, we'll hand over clean documentation and access — no hostage situation.
Is what you do 'SEO'?
Some overlap, but the answer is mostly no. Classic SEO optimises for Google's blue-link results. AI search visibility optimises for being the answer the AI assistant gives. Different signals, different content shape, different success metrics. Many of our clients have done SEO for years and were still invisible inside ChatGPT until we worked together.
What if I'm in a niche industry?

Will AI replace search entirely?
